In one lineThe JAIIB Readiness card gives each subject a score from 0 to 100 built from your own practice — and a plain verdict: Likely pass, Borderline or Needs work. It updates after every session, and it tells you the single best thing to do next.
Where to find it
On the home screen, below the Subject Progress card. One bar per subject, a number and a verdict on the right, and a Full report → link.
70–100 · Likely pass — your practice data says you would clear this paper if it were tomorrow. Keep it warm; spend your time on the weaker subjects.
45–69 · Borderline — it could go either way. The paper's difficulty on the day would decide. This is where your hours should go.
0–44 · Needs work — not yet. Usually it just means you have not practised enough of the subject for the score to rise; sometimes it means a module is badly weak. The full report tells you which.
💡 The score appears only after your first test of 25 or more questions in that subject — a full mock, a module mock, or even a long unit practice. Until then the card shows what to do to unlock it. One test is enough for a rough number; five or six make it reliable.
What goes into the number (in plain words)
Five things, with fixed weights. You do not need to calculate anything — but knowing the recipe tells you which lever to pull.

Mock scores
40
Your last five tests, the newest counting most. Above ~65% earns full points; below 20% earns none.
Take a full mock every 3–4 days in Exam mode. A bad early mock fades as newer ones replace it.
Coverage
20
What share of the subject's units you have actually practised.
Fill the Subject Progress bar — practise units you have never opened.
Accuracy
20
Your accuracy over your last ~200 questions in the subject. Starts counting after 20 questions.
Learning mode on weak units; read every explanation.
Revision
10
How much of your Revision Due diary is overdue. Empty queue = full points.
Clear "Revision due" daily. Cheapest 10 points in the app.
Speed
10
Seconds per question in your last Exam-mode tests versus the real pace of 72 seconds (100 questions in 2 hours).
Do mocks with the timer running; bank easy questions fast.
Notice the design: 40 points come from mocks, but 60 do not. That is why a student with three good mocks and half the syllabus untouched sees "Borderline" — the score is warning that the unseen half is a risk. It is also why the number rises steadily with daily practice even on days you take no mock.
The Full report — where the marks are leaking
Tap Full report → (also the Readiness tile on the home screen). One card per subject.
The top of the Readiness Report: days to your exam, then one detailed card per subject.AFM at 98. The five bars are the five ingredients; the text on the right shows the raw facts behind each (18 tests · avg 77%, 34/35 units, 80% recent accuracy, 71 s/question).
Under the five bars you get two things you cannot see anywhere else.
Predicted mock-day range — for example "70–84%". It is built from the average and the spread of your recent tests (never narrower than ±5 points). A range that sits entirely above 50 means you pass even on a bad day. A range that straddles 50 means the paper decides; your job is to move the whole range up, not to hope for a kind paper. More mocks make the range narrower.
Where you're losing marks — each module of the subject, sorted by how many marks it is costing you. The line "General Banking Operations — ~27 marks (carries ~44 marks, you're at 37%)" means: this module is worth roughly 44 of the 100 marks in the paper, you are getting 37% of them, so about 27 marks are leaking here. The list is ordered by marks lost, not by percentage — a 55% module worth 40 marks matters more than a 40% module worth 8. The Highest-ROI fix line names the module where 25 minutes buys the most readiness.
PPB at 63 — Borderline. The mark-loss map shows General Banking Operations alone is costing about 27 marks; the fix line says 25 minutes there is worth up to +7 readiness.
⚠️ It is an estimate, not a prophecy. The score is computed from your own practice inside the Mock Centre. It is only as honest as your practice: mocks done in Exam mode with the timer, not paused and searched. IIBF sets the paper and the passing marks; nothing here predicts your official result.
How to raise it — fastest first
Clear Revision Due today. Ten free points if your queue is empty, and the questions you fix are exactly the ones that were dragging accuracy down.
Open the Full report and read the top of "Where you're losing marks". Spend the next three sessions on that one module: unit videos, Learning-mode practice, then a module mock.
Practise units you have never opened. Coverage is 20 points and most Borderline students are missing half of them.
Take one full mock every 3–4 days, Exam mode, timer on. This refreshes the 40-point mock ingredient and the predicted range. The newest mock counts most, so improvement shows within a week.
Reading it week by week
Look at two things every Sunday: is the number rising, and is the range narrowing. Rising score with a wide range means you are inconsistent — more Exam-mode mocks. Flat score with a narrow range means you have plateaued — go to the mark-loss map. Both improving? You are doing it right; just keep the diary clear.

Common questions
My AFM says 98 but I only scored 60% on my first mock. Is it broken?
No. Newer tests count more than older ones, so once your later mocks are in the 70s–80s the first one barely matters — and coverage, accuracy, revision and speed add their own points. The predicted range is the number to look at if you want caution: it uses your actual recent scores.
Why did my score drop when I did nothing today?
Revision health. Questions became due and were not cleared, so the 10-point revision ingredient fell. Clear the queue and it comes back.
Does a module mock unlock the score?
Yes — any test of 25+ questions in the subject does.
