Delivery Policy

All products are 100% digital — nothing is shipped physically. Delivery is instant and electronic: on-screen the moment your payment succeeds, plus a confirmation email.

1. What you receive, and when

Immediately after successful payment you are taken to your personal order confirmation page, which contains your PDF download links and (where applicable) your Online Mock Centre login credentials. Bookmark it — the page is permanent and your links can be refreshed from it any time.
Within minutes, a confirmation email from noreply@sjalearning.in arrives at the email address you entered at checkout, with a link back to your order page. Check your spam/promotions folder if you don't see it.

2. PDF books

Download links are generated fresh from your order page and are valid for several hours each time for security. If a link expires, simply reopen your order page for new links — or email us and we'll re-issue them. You may download the files to any of your personal devices.

3. Online Mock Centre access

Your login is your email address; access starts the moment credentials are issued on the order page and is valid for 1 year from purchase, on up to 2 devices. If you already had a free demo account, your progress carries over.

4. Delivery timeline

Standard delivery time: instant (under 1 minute from payment confirmation). In rare cases of payment-gateway delay (e.g. some UPI flows), your order page activates automatically as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment — usually within a few minutes.

5. Didn't receive your order?

Money debited but no confirmation page and no email within 30 minutes? The payment likely failed and will be auto-refunded by Razorpay (see our Refund Policy).
Paid but lost your order page link, or entered the wrong email at checkout? Email collabwithsjha@gmail.com from your registered contact details with the order date, package name, and transaction reference — we verify and re-deliver, usually the same day and always within 24 hours.

6. Shipping charges

None — there is no physical shipment, so there are no shipping or handling charges, ever. The price you see at checkout (inclusive of 18% GST) is the full amount.
