Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refund after purchase. All our products are digital and delivered instantly — once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, under any circumstances. Failed or duplicate payments (where no product was delivered) are always refunded in full, and if anything is wrong with your files or access, we fix it.

1. No refund after purchase

Every product on sjalearning.in — PDF books, bundles, and Online Mock Centre access — is a digital good delivered in full, instantly, at the moment of purchase. Once download links and/or login credentials have been issued, the product cannot be "returned". For this reason, completed purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable — this includes change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong package, exam postponement or cancellation, or not using the product after buying it. Please use the free samples (86 pages, one full mock with solutions) and the free Mock Centre demo before you buy — they exist so you can judge the quality first.

2. Failed payments — automatic full refund

If money left your account but the payment did not complete (no confirmation page, no email), the transaction has failed at the payment stage. Razorpay automatically refunds failed transactions to the source account, typically within 5–7 working days. No product is delivered in this case and you don't need to do anything, but if you'd like us to check the status, email us with your order details.

3. Duplicate payments — full refund

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order, write to us with both transaction references and we will refund the duplicate in full to the original payment method.

4. Wrong, broken, or inaccessible files — we fix it

Corrupt or incomplete download? We re-issue fresh download links.
Download links expired before you could save the files? We send new ones — your order page link is permanent.
Mock Centre login not working, or device limit stuck? We reset it, usually the same day.

Delivery problems are always resolved at no cost — that is our responsibility, not yours.

5. Errata promise

If we got something factually wrong in the books, report it with the book name and page number. We verify it, correct it, and email PDF buyers the fix for the current cycle — as printed on the copyright page of all 25 books.

6. How to reach us

Email collabwithsjha@gmail.com with your order date, the package name, and (for payment issues) the transaction reference. We reply within a day. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect in 5–7 working days.
