1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing sjalearning.in, creating an account on our Online Mock Centre, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. What we sell

All products are digital study materials for the JAIIB examination: downloadable PDF books, subject bundles, and time-limited access to our web-based Online Mock Centre. Nothing physical is shipped. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of 18% GST; a GST tax invoice is issued with every purchase.

3. Licence of use — personal, single user

• Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the materials for your own exam preparation.
• You may download and print PDFs for personal use. You may not share, resell, re-publish, upload to any platform (including Telegram/WhatsApp groups, drives or forums), or use the materials commercially. PDFs may carry purchaser-identifying marks.
• Online Mock Centre access is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, limited to 2 devices per account, for one person only. Sharing login credentials may result in suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual property

All content — books, questions, explanations, videos, design and software — is the property of SJA Learning and protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorised distribution is a licence violation and may attract legal action.

5. Accuracy of content

Our materials are verified against RBI, Government of India and statutory norms as stated in each book (currently July 2026). Regulations change; we flag known drifts and email PDF buyers corrections for the current cycle, but you should verify current rules from official sources (rbi.org.in, iibf.org.in) before relying on them in professional practice. We do not guarantee exam results.

6. No affiliation with IIBF

This is an independent study aid — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF). "JAIIB" and "IIBF" are used solely to describe the examination for which this material is intended.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time of order, as validated by our server. No refund after purchase: all products are digital and delivered instantly, so completed purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Accounts and fair use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address and phone number you provide — delivery happens there. You agree not to attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape content, probe our systems, or interfere with the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for temporary unavailability of the website or Mock Centre due to maintenance or events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to us first — most issues are resolved by email within a day.
