I spent nearly seven years working as an Assistant Manager in a public sector bank, gaining hands-on experience in general banking, customer service, retail credit, cash credit accounts and financial operations. Those years gave me more than professional experience. They helped me understand the realities of a banker's life — the pressure of managing multiple responsibilities and the struggle to find time for studying after long working hours.
After leaving banking, I continued expanding my knowledge of finance and business. I pursued the Certified Management Accountant (USA) qualification and successfully cleared Part 2. Today, I am also a Director at Uday Auto Parts Private Limited.
From Life As I Think to SJA Learning
Many of you may already know me through my Instagram page, Life As I Think, where I speak honestly about banking realities, workplace culture and issues that employees often hesitate to discuss. Over time, I received countless messages from bankers who appreciated the simple, point-wise way in which I explained complex topics. Many of them requested me to create something similar for JAIIB preparation.
That trust became the foundation of SJA Learning.
Having experienced the demands of banking myself, I know that working bankers do not have unlimited time for lengthy lectures, scattered resources or verifying every answer on their own.
